We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at merch@michellekash.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we’ll work with you to resolve the situation as fairly as possible.
Shipping
Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Shipping timelines vary depending on the product and production method. Estimated timelines are provided where available but are not guaranteed.

If a refund is approved due to a verified issue, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
